PROVERBS 4:23"Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it."
So often, we discount our heart, escape from it, or stuff everything so far down so that it will never see the light of day. Most of us were not taught how to guard it, so we build walls around it to not let others in or to try to keep ourselves safe. What once worked for us tends to become what eventually destroys us. At More Recovery, our goal is to help you learn how to pay attention to what is going on inside of your heart and to give you the tools you need to guard it moving forward.
Led by Stephanie Hansen.

The main purpose of this group is to get to know each other, pray for one another and to make new friends. It is always a lot of fun. The name, "Going Up", is a reminder that we, as older Christians, are still ascending the mountain of faith. We will never be "Over the Hill" because we will never reach the summit in this lifetime.
